• Camp application: Student name, school, grade, parent name, parent phone number, email
• Consultation inquiry: Name, phone number, inquiry details
• Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, access date/time

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Processing camp and program applications
• Responding to consultation requests
• Sending program announcements and schedule updates
• Service improvement and statistical analysis

3. Retention Period

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection is fulfilled. However, information may be retained as required by applicable laws.

• Camp application data: 1 year after program completion
• Consultation inquiry data: 6 months after inquiry resolution

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

ALIX Education does not share personal information with third parties, except in the following cases.

• When the user has given prior consent
• When required by law

5. Destruction Procedures

Personal information past its retention period is immediately destroyed. Electronic files are deleted using irrecoverable methods, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
